    • Current selfie (clear face view)

  2. Your ID must clearly show:

    • Full name (matching your profile)

    • Date of birth

    • Address (current residential)

    • Clear photo

    • Official government logo/hologram

After Submission

  • Our security team manually reviews documents

  • Typical processing: within 24 hours

  • You’ll receive email confirmation upon approval

Privacy Protection

  • All IDs are:

    • Encrypted during upload

    • Permanently deleted after verification

    • Never stored or shared

  • Your selfie is only used for verification matching

How to Delete Your Account

To permanently delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Go to Account Details (in your profile settings).

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

  3. Click “Delete Account” and confirm your choice.

Important:

  • Active subscriptions will be canceled immediately.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused time.

  • If you return later, you’ll need to create a new account and purchase a new subscription.

Deletion is irreversible—ensure you’ve saved any needed data before proceeding.

Verification Process

After uploading your verification ID:

  1. Review Time: Please allow up to 24 hours for processing.

  2. After Approval: Once verified, you’ll be able to:

    • Browse profiles of the opposite sex

    • Like and connect with other users

Policy Enforcement

Violation Consequences

  • Immediate removal from the platform for any Terms of Service violations

  • Permanent ban with no possibility of account restoration

  • No refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription time
